| Food is necessary for human survival, so that food safety is a top priority and should be put in the first place. As in recent years, food safety incidents frequently happened,food safety is becoming a hot issue that the public is most concerned about. Based on the above background, on the basis of reading a lot of domestic and foreign scholars on the research literature, through the statistical analysis of the food safety incidents in past years, having a preliminary understanding on the cause of China’s food safety issues, current situation and its adverse impact. Then used stakeholder theory of business ethics to study the food safety issue. First, used some economic theory to analyze the key stakeholders conduct of food safety incidents. And then combined with the use of game theory in static and dynamic analysis, do a comprehensive analysis of the major stakeholders’ behavior in food safety incidents. Finally, after a successful case studies and learn from foreign experience, combined with China’s current situation and circumstances, putting forward some policy recommendations to solve the food safety issues, respectively, from government departments, enterprises and consumers. The main conclusions of the study were as follows:1. Food safety is caused by multiple stakeholders misconduct, including dereliction of government regulators, lack of corporate social responsibility, weak consumer rights awareness and environmental constraints and technical conditions.2. The analyze of the game behavior between food safety stakeholders shows that an effective way to solve the problem of food security is to increase penalties and reward, reduce the cost of consumer rights and government enforcement costs.3. Way to solve the problem of food security lies in the joint participation of all the main stakeholders. only in the case that government take strict supervision, manufacturer highly disciplined, and consumers actively monitor and report, food security situation can be realized. |
