Study On The Logistics Finance Risk Management

Since the 21 th century, the logistics industry is playing an increasingly important role in the Chinese economic development. At the same time, more and more companies are attracted to join the logistics finance which has broad market profits.The development of logistics finance brings vitality to the bank, finance companiesand logistics companies. Under the joint efforts of logistics enterprises, banks and SME, the aviable mutually-beneficial and integrated service innovation model is created that can make information sharing between the three parties and greatly promote their development. However, the development of logistics finance is relativelylate in China. The current systems are imperfect, such as, the legal system, credit system and regulatory regime, which makes the logistics finance be a relatively high risk business. It’s very necessary to research the risk, so that the logistics finance’s sustainable development is effectively promoted.Firstly, the paper gives a related pressentation for the origin, status and development of the locistics finance. Secondly, the related theories are studied. The development of logistics finance at home and abroad is introduced. And the necessity of studying the logistics finance is analyzed. Finally, The logistics finance’s business model and the risk in the business process are studied, especially on the three typical business models. Based on the primary risk evaluation system of logistics finance, using the questionnaire method, The risk evaluation system is determined. At the end of paper, measures and empirical analysis are appropriated to against this kind of risk. By studying the risk management of logistics, some guidances and suggestions for the healthy development of Chinese logistics finance are provided.
