The Risk Evaluation That The Logistics Companies Take Part In The Practice Of Logistics Finance

Logistics finance is a new financial model, it is a product of the logistics industry and the financial industry-to a certain stage of development.The practice of Logistics Finance have already developed overseas,the interralated systems and techniqus have also been mature.But at home,as a new innovation of the financial and logistics services, this practice is in the stage of exploration and development now,become a trand of logistics enterprises to expand developingspace and enhance competitiveness.This paper has discussed the cases of the risk of financial logistics with the perspective of logistics enterprises,first the paper focuses on analysis of logistics finance modes of operation,including warehouse receipt pledge model, confirmed warehouse model and credit financing, and brings forward their operational process and traits. Next, defines the logistics enterprises which develop logistics finance,anal-yses its feasibility,necessity and value-added effect. Then based on this, the article probes into the risks that the logistics enterprises face with,these risks including:risk of inner management and operation,supervision of commodity,assessment,credit,coll-ateral risk,law and environment,this paper is striving to establish comprehensive and utilitarian risks evaluate index system based on risk evaluation theory. Using AHP,the weight factor of guideline system is built,using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, risk of logistics finance is fully evaluated.At last,the thesis uses a case to discuss the risks that logistics companies face with,and gives some risk preventive measures to how to control the risk that the logistics enterprises are facing.The logistics finance risk evaluation model is successfully used in case.and do hope it will be beneficial to3PL enterprises.
