Research On The System Of Performance Appraisal In QY Power Supply Company

In order to determine the research direction of this paper, we have QY power substation performance evaluation, performance evaluation of present situation has carried on the detailed investigation, at the same time combined with QY power substation development goals, we decided to use based on the balanced scorecard method(BSC), key performance indicators(KPI) of the performance evaluation method, from a financial, customer, internal business and learning and growth four aspects to build about QY power substation and feasible performance evaluation system.We mainly study this topic from the following four aspects: first, about the balanced scorecard(BSC) and key performance indicators(kpis) related theory, mainly is the theoretical and practical achievements at home and abroad were reviewed and comb, through a lot of comparative study, find related theory of this subject. Second, QY power substation actual situation analysis, the enterprise performance management present situation, the enterprise existing problems of performance evaluation system, etc. Third, based on the idea of the balanced scorecard and key performance indicators, from financial, customer, internal business and learning and growth four aspects to QY power substation redesigned performance evaluation system, mainly including the design of the balanced scorecard and the selection of key performance indicators and the evaluation period, the determination of index weight and the adjustment method. Fourth, on the basis of the analysis for the construction of the performance evaluation system, the successful implementation of key performance based on the balanced scorecard method guarantee mechanism of performance evaluation is analyzed, mainly including organization, full participation and performance evaluation of tracking mechanism.
