Research On The Impact Of Science And Technology Sme Adoption Intention On Cloud Services

Cloud computing, a kind of new information technology based on virtual technology and distributed computing, help enterprise improve work performance and business agility, and effectively reduce the infrastructure costs. Because of that the cloud computing make the enterprise informationization faces new choice and decision, cloud services based on cloud computing application market also gradually started to develop in the business fields. SMEs are considered to be one of the most appropriate to adopt cloud services, the study about SMES’ adoption of cloud services also gradually become the key point.Based on the research of characteristics of cloud services and SME, and the application of cloud services in the SMEs, combined with basic theories of information technology adoption, this paper have built the research model of the influence factors of SME adoption intention on cloud services, which based on T-O-E(Technology-Organization-Environment) three dimensions framework, Technology Acceptance Model(TAM), Task-technology Fit(TTF), Institutional theory and Resource-based theory, included ten variables, and put forward the research hypothesis. The research of Xi’an High-tech zone science and technology SMEs’ adoption intention on cloud services carried from three dimensions of technology, organization and environment. Survey data are collected through designing questionnaire, using the online questionnaire, field interviews and other surveys. And analyze the data validation by correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and variance analysis method.Correlation analysis and regression analysis results show that: science and technology SMEs’ adoption intention of cloud services will be affected by the characteristics of cloud service greatest, especially the perceived usefulness and perceived cost are most observably; Enterprise’s adoption intention is not observably affected by the environment feature dimensions of government support variables; Enterprise’s adoption intention has no relationship with the enterprise feature dimension of degree of resources in place. Variance analysis results show that: Enterprise’s adoption intention will also be influenced by differences in firm size and industry. The more number of enterprises, the greater the adoption intention on cloud services, also electronics and information industry enterprises have stronger adoption intention on cloud services.According to the research conclusion, this paper have put forward suggestions for the development of cloud services from the angle of the science and technology SME and cloud service providers.
