Research On The Cloud Service Mode Of Regional Science And Technology Resources Sharing Platform Under The Environment Of Big Data

With the rapid development of new generation of technology such as big data and cloud computing and so on,technology resources and technology demand of Regional Science and Technology Resources Sharing Platform(hereinafter referred to as the Regional Sharing Platform)explosively develop,big data era has come.The State Council systematically deployed big data development work in 2015,emphasizing to speed up the government data opening and sharing,and promote effective integration of resources.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China one again presents implementation of the national strategy of big data and data resources opening and sharing.Thus it can be seen that big data has highly paid close attention to government and academia,and has become important characteristics of the age.Big data environment provides a new situation for traditional science and technology services.Thus,facing the complicated and personalized service demands of Regional Sharing Platform,it has great practical significance to explore the Cloud Service Mode of Regional Sharing Platform under the environment of big data for lifting platform integration service ability and enriching platform management method.This dissertation firstly summarizes research status of big data,regional sharing platform and cloud service mode at home and abroad,and states big data era of regional sharing platform on the basis of defining the concept of big data,regional sharing platform and service mode of regional sharing platform,and analyzes crucially role relationship between big data and service mode innovation of regional sharing platform,and reveals service mode evolution law of regional sharing platform under the environment of big data.Secondly,starting from thetime dimensions of science and technology demands,the dissertation designs information interaction cloud service mode based on the realistic demands,knowledge pushing cloud service mode based on the potential demands and intelligent marketing cloud service mode based on the future demands,and provides cloud service mode implementation strategies.The dissertation designs operation mechanism of regional sharing platform cloud service mode on the basis of building cloud service mode,including mainly demand integration mechanism,resource integration mechanism,matching and docking mechanism and operation guarantee mechanism.Thirdly,the dissertation analyzes influencing factors of regional sharing platform cloud service mode running effect,and builds the evaluation index system of regional sharing platform cloud service mode running effect from demand integration condition,resource integration condition,operation management condition and the effect of cloud service.Finally,taking Heilongjiang sharing platform as empirical research object,the dissertation analyzes developing situation of platform,and researches application of cloud service mode,and the future development countermeasures and suggestions are given,the research aims at providing scientific evidence and reference for the government science and technology administrative departments of different regions in our country as well as the Regional Sharing Platform development administration.
