The land is the human survival space,the human society important natural resources and production resources,the carrier of species and ecosystems on the earth and all kinds of the habitat. With the growth of population and the city development, land use intensity increases gradually, which caused a series of ecological environment problems. In the background of population resources and environment sustainable development, how to make the limited resources get the most reasonable configuration on the earth, make all kinds of resources to be fully effective usetaking into account social, economic and ecological benefits has become the front and hotspot of current research.In this paper, taking conservation point of view,Systematic analyzed the Caofeidian new area land use change and landscape pattern change in the situation based on GISand RS.according to the Caofeidian new areaeco-environment characteristic and evaluation aim, constructed the ecological importance of recognition system and recognized location plays a key role in the maintenance and control of land ecological safety. Finally, establish the optimization model of land use and spatial. This article from the space layout for the coordination of regional economic and ecological protection provides a strong operational methods. Through the research, the following conclusions can be drawn:(1) The areas of salt field and construction land both have a substantial increase during 1992-2012, while shoal land and unused land decrease. And the cultivated land, forest, water and wetland changes fluctuated and cultivated land reduces first and increases after. The main sources of construction land increasing are cultivated land and shoal land. The reason of cultivated land reduces first and increases after is the areas of construction land occupation and conversion to other lands more than the adding areas. The changes above are mainly because of the interference degree of human activities to land use changes in Caofeidian new distract keep growing.(2) Analyzing the landscape patterns comparatively in different periods can get the result that land use change results in the changes of landscape pattern. During study period, the landscape fragmentation of land use in Caofeidian new distract intensifies and interference degree of different landscape types increases, thus leads to the reduced stability of ecosystem. So it is necessary to optimize land use spatial patterns by constraints of ecological protection.(3) Analyze the spatial ecological importance of Caofeidian new distract by building ecological importance index and the results are: the extremely important and important areas account for 50.59% of the total area and locate in central and northern regions, which are very important ecological land to protect water, land and biodiversity. The more important area accounts for 14.27% and composes of farm ecosystem, shoal land, transition zones of moderately sensitive areas and secondary zones of ecological buffer areas along the river. The area of general sector is 35.14%, whose ecosystem is simple and biological diversity is low. So the areas become the optimizing development zones and the key zones to construct. The spatial distribution of built up area show the unreasonable situation of land use layout.(4) Take the result of ecological importance identification as the constraints of ecological security of land use and predict the land use patterns of Caofeidian new distract in 2022 by CA-Markov model. Compared the simulation results with the present land use situation in 2012 and find out that landscape fragmentation degree reduces, the aggregation degree of land use patches increases and the ecosystem stability improves, which shows the important effect of recognizing ecological importance to the optimization of land use spatial patterns. |
