The rapid development of urbanization is bringing about high demand for the production and living space,which causes ecological land that can regulate ecology damaged and encroachment constantly.Ecological function zones are classified by their spatial characteristics.And then,analyze the regional ecological environment problems and identify the fragile ecological environment area,the main functional areas which ecological protection and construction and provide a scientific basis for regional ecological system partition management.This study takes Shanghai City for an example.In the view of land-use planning and management,the research scale is set to the concept of ecological land expressed the land ownership class.Meanwhile,this paper not only put off the current status of ecological land from landscape patterns’ view,but also evaluates the sensitivity and importance of ecological land service functions;identifies the existing problems upon their various spatial distributions.Furthermore,this paper plans different ecological function zones and presents key goals of protection for each zone.(1)Proposed a new connotation of ecological land in the perspective of big ecological.It summarizes the concepts,classification and application of ecological land from research,puts forward the concept of ecological land in the study area,and innovatively takes the arable land as ecological class to protect it.Thus,ecological land is considered one land type of environmental service and product supply in the area.(2)Ecological problems of land use in Shanghai are analyzed by the landscape pattern and circle method.Obviously,ecological construction pressure gradually increased in Shanghai.Mainly reflected in:①Ecological land connectivity is not enough,different types of ecological landscape was fragmentation.Center City continues to expand the circle of space rapid expansion mode and spread outward.Ecological land occupation and space partitioning are quite prominent.Furthermore,rapid urbanization exacerbated the scattered extent of ecological land patches.②Difficulty of ecological space construction is increasing.Due to the construction and implementation of the security mechanisms are inadequate,the overall urban planning and related professional designation ecological control area was occupied by varying degrees.Thus,multi-level ecological space system of urban-rural integration is imperative.(3)GIS with a variety of quantitative analysis methods are combined to evaluate the sensitivity and importance of ecological land services in Shanghai.In this study,geological disasters,water conservation,soil pollution,city green land protection factor are selected to quantitatively evaluate the sensitivity of single factor.On this basis,it selects the method of comprehensive ecological sensitivity index to evaluate the over whole sensitivity.Evaluation result shows that Shanghai ecological land sensitivity in spatial distribution was significant difference.Moreover,in different regions,the dominant factor of ecological sensitivity is different.It should be based on the characteristics of the district,targeted to take a different protection and construction measures to avoid the occurrence of the corresponding environmental problems and promote sustainable development of the region.On the whole,the importance of ecosystem service function performance is not outstanding.But the composite function has an outstanding performance.According to difference of ecological land function,5 ecological function zones are divided in Shanghai.The 5 ecological function zones are:western water conservation functional areas,urban ecological functional recovery area in the river/river/coastal ecological corridors built-up areas,the rural areas of ecological function optimization,Chongming functional areas of biological diversity conservation.The spatial distribution of the ecological environmental problems,ecological sensitivity and importance of services are described clearly by various functional areas.As a result,it provides a scientific basis on the ecological protection and construction plan,but also provides the premise for regional partition manager.
