It is also an important part of the development of the modern economy and an important focus of government’s fiscal policy. In recent years, there have been many global issues, such as: frequent occurrence of extreme weatherã€when countries developed economy, because neglected the environment leading to economic development and ecological imbalance. So the 21 st century, "sustainable development " 〠" green food " and other related concepts have been proposed, governments have actively developed green food industry and gone green economy route.Green food which also became the focus of economic development.China is one of the world’s largest developing country, has always adhered to the path of sustainable development, developed the recycling economy and conducted green food production. However, in recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy, urban high-rise buildings have been rising and rural development and construction have been launched in the provinces,which have reduced much land resources that is used for agricultural production. In order to increase revenue,some urban people who are based on developing agriculture does not pay attention to environmental protection and safety of agricultural products in the process of agricultural production. They are highly dependent on pesticides, fertilizers and some new drug to increase the production and remain the agricultural products fresh. To solve these problems, China’s fiscal policy as a policy instrument of regulate agriculture. It has played an invaluable role in the process of promote the development of green agriculture. Meanwhile fiscal policy can reflect a country’s future political, economic and social policies. To promote the development of green food cannot without the government’s fiscal policy, so explore the fiscal policy how to promote the development of green food has become a focus of attention of governments.This paper is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction, it introduces the research background and significanceã€domestic and international literature reviewã€research content and methodsã€insufficient research and innovation. The second part is the theory of fiscal policy to promote the development of green food analysis. First,this section defines the concept of green food and fiscal policies. Second,it analyzes the scope and focus of China’s fiscal policy to promote the development of green food. Finally,it discusses the theoretical basis of financial policies to promote the development of green food. The third part is the status of China’s fiscal policies to promote agricultural development and analysis of the reasons. First,it introduced the fiscal policy that our country has taken to promote the development of green food, then analysis the effect on the current fiscal policy to promote the development of green food, and finally find the problems in the current fiscal policy to promote the development of green food and analyze the reasons. The fourth part introduces fiscal policy that foreign countries has conducted to promote green food development and the learning.
