Research On Financial Risk Analyzing And Controlling Of AD Company

With the continuous development of China’s economy, a large number of small and medium enterprises have sprung up which promote economic development. Compared with large enterprises, The ability of SMEs to resist and avoid financial risks much lower than large enterprises. As an important measure of the enterprise’s overall strength, many enterprises pay more attention on the financial risk. Financial risks exist everywhere and at all times. Financial risks have a significant impact on the company’s production operations. how to analyze financial risks, and effectively control financial risk, improve operational efficiency of enterprises, and expand the operating results to enable enterprises to better compete on the capital market, these key issues of the modern enterprise management become important to the company.This paper based on the basic theory of financial risk. The standard research and case study method were used to analysis the AD company. Through AD company’s financial data in recent years, the emergence of a series of its management operations financial risk was analysised. Combined with financial risk theory, the construction financial risk control system proposal in order to reduce financial risk of the AD company and control AD’s financial risk in the future of the production. The results of financial risk analysis and control also has a helpful to the other companies.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction of the paper, which make a general presentation of the research background, significance, research status and research ideas, etc. The second chapter is the basic theory of financial risk associated on the financial risk,this part reviewed and summarized the basic theory of the financial risk control and analysis. The third chapter is the study of the AD company’s financial risk.The paper present a brief company profile and the company’s industry background. The company’s financial data in nearly three years are summarized and analyzed to study the financial statements of the AD’s financial risk. The fourth chapter analysis AD Problems in these risks and the cause of these problems. From a practical point of view, this part combined with the company’s internal management and the external economic environment.The fifth chapter proposals to build AD financial risk control system of long-term mechanism which combined with theoretical knowledge. The sixth chapter is the conclusions and research prospects of this article.Based on the theoretical basis of the financial risk control, this paper targeted financial risk analysis and proposal of building the company’s financial risk control recommendation system by focus on the financial risk of AD’s control status of the author’s expertise. These conclusion will help improve the ability of company’s financial risk control, and enhance the management level to provide a strong guarantee for the company to achieve strategic planning. Meanwhile, small and medium enterprises in similar financial risk analysis control has certain reference value and helpful to its development.
