Research On Financial Risk Analysis And Control Of A Coal Company

Financial risk refers to the company in financing,investment,capital recovery and income distribution and other financial activities,due to the existence of a variety of uncontrollable and predictive factors,the actual return of the company far from its expected planned income,may result in economic losses,even bankruptcy.With the continuous reform of China's market economy system,enterprises need to face the challenges brought by the complex market environment.Enterprises in the develeopment process will face a varitiy of financial risk problems,if the enterprise does not pay attention to,will lead to serious financial crisis.How to evaluate the financial risk effectively and take measures to resolve the risk is the primary task of the enterprise.In order to study the financial risk as the object,normative research and case studies using the combination of methods,based on in-depth study of the relevant information at home and abroad,and a type of financial risk of reason.This paper introduces the types of financial risks in coal industry and the internal and external factors affecting the financial risks,including four main types of risk,such as financing risk,investment risk,capital recovery risk and profit distribution risk,taking A coal company as a specific case,this paper studies the financing activities,investment activities,capital recovery and income distribution of A company through quantitative analysis methods such as ratio analysis and report analysis.Using Z-score model to construct the A coal company's financial risk prediction model,causes through the qualitative analysis methods of different types of risk for A coal company to explore,the overall discrimination of the A coal company's financial condition,financial risk factors are given according to the corresponding measures are different possible.
