Impact Of Financial Support To Small And Micro Enterprise’ Growth Performance

In recent years, the development of small and micro businesses attracts increasing attention. The large number of small and micro enterprises plays an important role in promoting economic growth, creating jobs, promoting technological innovation and other areas of economic structure adjustment and optimization, which is particularly reflected in Zhejiang Province, a economically developed province. Now whether central or local governments attach great importance to the development of small and micro enterprises, and constantly introduce relevant policies to help small and micro enterprises to grow. At the same time, research boom on small and micro enterprises at home and abroad are set off, the financing of which was undoubtedly the most studied small and micro enterprises. Financing difficulties is a worldwide problem, which needs financial support. Financial support to help small and micro enterprises to grow has become the study of knowledge, however, exactly how it affects the growth of the financial support and the extent of the impact of small and micro enterprises have much empirical research on these aspects are few.Firstly, this paper starts with small and micro businesses’ connotation, reviewed the financial support of the theory of small and micro enterprises, relevant theoretical research enterprise growth and enterprise capabilities, then establishes a financial support by affecting the internal capacity of small and micro enterprises in order to promote the growth performance of the conceptual model, and based on this research ideas, made a number of assumptions, design a questionnaire on various parts of the small and micro enterprises in Zhejiang Province site visit, to understand the growth performance of small and micro enterprises, enterprise capabilities and the extent of access to financial support, and the use of research data financial support to small and micro enterprises and businesses the ability to grow the relationship between the performance of an empirical study. The results show that financial support, services support and infrastructure support for small and micro enterprise’s internal capabilities and growth performance has a significant positive impact on the ability of enterprises which exist between the financial intermediary role in the support and growth performance. Finally in base of the study we made a number of suggestions to promote financial support for small and micro enterprises.
