| The problem of agricultural transfer of population has Chinese characteristics. By 2013, the total number of migrant workers in China has reached 269 million. The realistic national conditions of a big increase in rural population of decided the issue of agricultural transfer of population special importance to China’s future development, and increasingly become the focus of all walks of life. How to promote large-scale agricultural transfer of population into the city incrementally and in batches and urbanization process is the current major problem to be cracked, which not only relates to the healthy development of China’s urbanization and coordination of urban and rural areas as a whole, also relates to the stability of the society and economy. Based on agricultural transfer of population as the research object, questionnaire investigation, case interview, literature collection, the thesis gave a comprehensive understanding of survival present situation of agricultural population transfer in the process of urban social, existing problems and reason of effecting the city integrated, and then put forward some countermeasures for promoting the development of the new type of urbanization.First of all, the historical evolution and development of the requirements of our country agricultural transfer of population integrated into city into were introduced. Due to the influence of the different periods of urban and rural policy, agricultural transfer of population integrated into city also show different characteristics in different phase. It was roughly divided into four stages, which were allowing limited agricultural transfer of population to the town, guiding the agricultural transfer of population into the city in an orderly way, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of agricultural transfer of population, and promoting agricultural transfer of population integrated into city. On this basis, the present situation of agricultural transfer of population integrated into the city was analyzed from the economy, society, culture and psychology. According to the principle of advancing the new urbanization, the process of the agricultural transfer of population integrated into city pay more attention to the people-oriented, social harmony and cultural diversity. In this paper, the problems of agricultural transfer of population integrated into city were overall understood from past, present and the future. The study of the evolution process and the development requirements of agricultural transfer of population integrated into city has a practical significance to fully understand the current situation and status of agricultural transfer of population and break the problems of integrated into city.Next, the agricultural transfer of population integrated into city of Fuzhou was investigated. Fujian province is located in the southeast coast in China, which is China’s major inflow place of agricultural transfer of population. Fuzhou as the capital city of Fujian province, is one of the main gathering places of the agricultural transfer of population in Fujian province. The problem of agricultural transfer of population integrated into city is that each region in the process of urbanization has to meet. Taking Fuzhou as the research object, the present situation and problems of Fuzhou agricultural transfer of population integrated into city were investigated. The research is helpful to improve the quality of urbanization of Fuzhou, and provide related basis for the deep reasons of the dilemma of agricultural transfer of population integrated into city.Then, the reason for difficulties in agricultural transfer of population integrated into city was analyzed. Through the analysis of the national situation and the targeted research of Fuzhou, we found that the current agricultural transfer of population still belongs to the social vulnerable groups, which was unable to achieve in a short time integrated into the city. The reasons leading to agricultural transfer of population integrated into city have a variety of problems in the process are mainly from institutional, economic, social, cultural and psychological obstacles.At last, the thesis put forward countermeasures to speed up agricultural transfer of population integrated into the city and promote the development of new type of urbanization. Based on the previous part of the analysis of the situation of our country agricultural transfer of population integrated into the city and sinicization of Marxism, the countermeasures were put forward to quicken the agricultural transfer of population integrated into the city and promote the development of new type of urbanization from the industry support,system reform,social governance and quality of subject, respectively. |
