Research On The Technology Innovation Capability Of High-tech Industry In China

World economic integration and globalization arouse science and technology competition of international economic increasing fiercely. The technology innovation capability has become an important factor in the competition. Facing the technology innovation capability of innovative country USA and Japan increasing ceaselessly and the gap with them, China has put its focus on it. The paper is researched on the technology innovation capability of high-tech industry, the purpose of which is understanding of the situation of it clearly, and giving some suggestions for problems. The main contents are:First of all, the paper describes the research background, significance, framework, method and main innovation.Secondly, by summing up theoretical and empirical research literature review of the high-tech industry, technology innovation capability, technology innovation capability of industry, the paper define the core concepts., which laid a theoretical foundation for the empirical study.Thirdly, the paper builds an evaluation index system, based on four dimensions,23 indexes:IP,IO, IS, IE.The main part is empirical study on the technology innovation capability of high-tech industry:the indexes are given weights using AHP; by the data from 1996 to 2011, the study includes the next three aspects:comprehensive evaluation, sub-regional evaluation, sub-industry evaluation.Finally, based on the results of empirical studies, the paper puts forward relevant recommendations, and proposes inadequate and outlook of the research.
