| With the financial reform measures rolled out after the eighteenth session of the National People’s Congress, the future of commercial banks faced profound changes in the operating environment. The management model and performance evaluation system of Gaomi Agricultural Bank have been unable to meet the needs of economic development. Establishing a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system, can not only improve Gaomi Agricultural Bank’s management level, but also can increase its competitiveness in the future market competition.Taking Gaomi Agricultural Bank’s performance evaluation system as the research object, the paper used advanced theory BSC 〠KPI 〠AHP to improve its current performance appraisal system, and to propose the measures of protecting the smooth implementation. The paper can be divided into four parts, contains six chapters. Firstly,the paper introduced the background 〠purpose and significance of the study, the paper also summarized the domestic and foreign research situation, development situation, and the existing problems of the evaluation system systematically. Secondly, the paper summarized the problems and reasons of Gaomi Agricultural Bank’s existing performance appraisal system. Thirdly, the paper used the BSC theory and the KPI theory to improve and create a new performance appraisal system of Gaomi Agricultural Bank,then used AHP theory to determine the weighting of the indicators in the improved system. Finally, the paper proposed the measures to protect to ensure to implement the performance evaluation index system smoothly based on the research results.The innovations of this paper lie in:(1) The paper used basic theory and advanced performance analysis theory to discovered the exist problems and reasons of Gaomi Agricultural Bank on the basis of first-hand information.(2)Combining with the theory of AHP and KPI, the paper proposed the optimization scheme of Gaomi Agricultural Bank from four aspects, including increase efficiency, sustainable development, industry leaderand compliant management. Besides, the paper also provided the decision-making reference of the employee performance management for the relevant enterprises. |
