In recent years,the internet finance is in the ascendant,the traditional financial industry competition is increasingly hot,non-bank financial institutions continue to conduct trans-trade competition,all commercial banks are exploring various ways of transformation.The competition of commercial banks in retail business mainly focus on the service and marketing of retail outlets.Retail outlets display the image of banks,and is the main place to communicate with customers face to face,so the transformation of retail outlets is the most important in the dramatic transformation of banks.Commercial banks rely on the network transformation to reshape the new image,and improve the level of bank management.Agricultural bank of China,as a traditional commercial bank,its core product is financial services,and the bank employees are the financial services providers and the financial innovation practitioners.In the transformation of bank network,a good way of performance evaluation could help the employees to improve their own service and marketing ability,and automatically regulate their behavior,improve personal ability,then the marketing ability of the whole team will increase.This paper introduces the theory of performance appraisal at home and abroad,focuses on three performance evaluation tools,and uses methods of linking theory and practice literature research,comprehensive analysis and theory by combining with the actual situation of DC Branch.Finally,the performance evaluation optimization scheme with the integration of BSC and KPI is proposed,this paper also puts forward the guarantee measures and performance evaluation results of the optimization scheme.The performance evaluation of agricultural bank DC branch is universal for the commercial banks,and has a strong pertinence to the retail outlets in the process of transformation,its research value is very important.Through theoretical research,and combining with the practice of DC Branch,this paper puts forward specific performance evaluation optimization scheme,and the corresponding safeguard measures,hoping to optimize the performance evaluation method and improve the performance management level for the grass-roots outlets transformation.
