Research On The Relationship Between Enterprise Innovative Behavior And Regional Knowledge Carrying Capacity System

As the Internet-wave and the knowledge-era approach, Chinese government gradually proposes a plan to build an innovative country and smart cities as well. Then Provinces put forward series of talent recruitment policies in succession, building a regional knowledge support platform in order to promote knowledge and innovation integrate and transform, emphasizing the significance of knowledge, information and technology in the area of space allocation efficiency and the process of innovation produce. Innovation, however, seems to be the only way to fulfill China economic transition and achieve sustainable development.In this context, the paper studied the relationship between the enterprise innovative behavior and regional knowledge carrying capacity system, designing to explore the conclusion which promotes the individual enterprises and regional knowledge systems synergetic developing in knowledge-era, as a result, providing meaningful recommendations for the government to develop talent recruitment policies. For this purpose, firstly, the article based on literature research reviews the theory of enterprise innovative behavior, regional knowledge carrying capacity systems, and complex adaptive systems, and define the meaning of regional knowledge carrying capacity system. Secondly, the paper analyzed the complex applicability of regional knowledge carrying capacity system, the emergent characteristic of enterprise innovative behavior and the evolution dynamic mechanism of enterprise behavior and regional knowledge capacity system. Then, the paper established the conceptual model of interaction between enterprise innovative behavior and the evolution of regional knowledge carrying capacity system, besides also proposed mechanisms for knowledge production enterprises as the core foundation of multi-agent simulation model. Finally, on this basis, the paper founded a multi-agent simulation model including enterprise knowledge acquisition mode, enterprise innovation mode, government innovation policy and regional knowledge environment four core variables to simulate several enterprises knowledge emergence influenced the evolution of regional knowledge carrying capacity and under different external environment simulating, we analyzed the interact relationship between enterprise innovation behavior and regional knowledge-carrying capacity system’s evolution.After discussion in this paper, the conclusions are as follow:(1) when external environment stay stable, there should be an upper limit to develop regional knowledge carrying capacity system; (2) the adaptive behavior which enterprises in the region exhibited base on external knowledge environment change is a key driving force to system developing; (3) the emergence of enterprise innovation behaviors by gathering knowledge has a significant effect to promote carrying capacity of the system evolution, besides compared to imitate innovation, the impact of R&D innovation on regional knowledge carrying capacity is more significant; (4) regional knowledge carrying capacity system makes a supporting role for enterprise innovative behaviors, but there are differences in effects under different circumstances.
