A Study On The Internal Control Of Project Management In Ship-repairing In CSSC

The Chinese economic, cultural and social development closely related to the development of ship from a historical perspective. It has a far-reaching impact on the history of the Chinese nation whatever Zheng He and his fleet voyages to the Western Seas to spread the Chinese civilization in 1405, or the Sino-Japanese war which happened in 1894 to make big changes in modern Chinese history, or sea trail of "Liaoning" Aircraft Carrier in recently days. The development of shipping industry has a significant role in promoting at the economic construction and the interests of the country’s long-term development, and also impacts on progress and modern national defense industry.Although the Chinese shipbuilding industry has a long history in the past, but the development of modern shipping industry just has only 142 years from now since Jiangnan shipyard (Machine Manufacturing Administration of Jiangnan) created in 1865. And the shipbuilding industry was almost entirely collapsed after undergo the corrupted Qing Dynasty and foreign invasion, especially in the baptism of resistance against Japan and the liberation war. Although through the several generations continuous efforts and struggled after the new China was founded, but the core parts of the ship is still firmly in control of the western countries, and its development and economic benefit hasn’t been a breakthrough.In recent years, the competitiveness of ship building industry is weaker because the globalization and increasing of human resource cost in China. There are some domestic shipyards malicious make lower prices completive with mainly companies, their behavior make the situation worse and worse. The mainstream of the domestic shipyard play weak competitive advantage into ship repairing area of high value-added and high technology content, but often due to the ship type are not familiar with technology and high technological requirements and cause the increase of production cost. The internal control in project management is particularly important at the moment and it will be the guarantee of ship building industry.This paper aimed at the particularity of Ship Repairing Project Management reviews the relevant theories at home and abroad in the beginning. It analyzes the present situation, existing problem the basic internal control practices of currently repairing project development of CSSC based on the theory.The author take perspectives from practical work experience and the internal control management practice in this paper and to use CSSC and CSSC Chengxi shipyard as the core area and research object. Introduces the actual situation of internal control of ship repairing project through the case, and learn and develop the improvement scheme of internal control of ship repairing project management as a structure of the thesis through draw lessons from the mature project management theory and the theoretical basis of internal control theory.
