This paper is mainly researched direct ship logistics project’s schedule managementand risk management methods. Firstly This paper clarify the concept of direct shiplogistics and project management, then according to the descriptions and pro-con analysisof project planning, schedule management and risk management, this paper choosescritical chain method and risk Monte Carlo analysis.These papers also deeply analyzes the bottlenecks and problems of the direct shipprocesses and descript the used project management methods,from planning to schedulemanagement tools and to risk management tools. Finally, direct ship project uses criticalchain and irsk Monte Carlo to get the resule, which prove to be better than no usingscenario.This paper does the application research for the forefront of the project managementmetholds like critical chain and risk Monte Carlo analysis and solve the real problems ofthe company to get the project done. |
