Power Generating Equipments’ Lean Maintenance Management Of JSPC

In recent years, more and more 600MW,1000MW units and new energy units which can create high efficiency and low emission have been set up all over China. Jingyuan second power limited company (300MW) has been under great pressure, so the managers of JSPC have been taking many measures to reduce costs and increase efficiency, such as the implementing of 6S and TPM management. But there still exist a lot of problems in equipment maintenance management.First of all, based on above research background and the related theories, the author makes the status analysis of overhaul project management and finds out what kinds of problems exist in overhaul quality management, cost, safety management, human resource management and so on. Secondly, the author does research on the reasons why there are so much waste and inefficient activities. She points out that due to the unreasonable overhaul project plans, the poor quality management, the excessive cost of which can optimize the choice of programmes and the procedure into the overhaul management. She makes use of lean Six Sigma to improve the maintenance quality control procedure. During the maintenance activity, in order to avoid doing poorly done work over again, the workers abide by the repair instruction strictly to control the flow and quality. She applies NOSA safety, health and environmental protection to the whole overhaul management procedure. Thirdly, the author takes the #6 unit A class maintenance for example and combines the lean methods with the overhaul practice. She analyzes how to apply the lean management tools to decrease the waste which exists in the maintenance project and how the lean management can improve the reliability and safety of the power generating equipments. Finally, the author summarizes the results and effectiveness of carrying on lean maintenance management and proposes the safeguard of implementing lean maintenance management.In a word, in this paper, the author introduces lean management into the power generating equipment maintenance. It proves that the way of lean maintenance management can not only retain the quality of maintenance, but it can improve the safety and productivity, as well as benefits other power generating enterprise.
