Financial Support For The Development Of China’s New Urbanization Research In Path And Policy

This paper focuses urbanization on the infrastructure construction that influences by the financial scale, financial structure and financial efficiency. studies the finance’ impact on the mechanism and effect of urbanization, combine with the introduction of other countries’ experience in financial support to the development of urbanization, selects 10 years index data among 31 provinces from 2004 to 2013, using Panel data analysis model, draw the conclusions as follow: Financial development scale and efficiency promote the urbanization in a long-term, Financial structure in high ratio of indirect financing has inhibitory effect on urbanization construction, so we should not only expand the scale of financial market but also enhance the financial efficiency to promote the urbanization. On this foundation analyze the barrier still existed when the financial system backing urbanization, and point out policy suggestion to enlarge financial backing to promote the urbanization’s advancement.In this paper, the study found that financial development scale has a certain role in promoting the urbanization, the faster the financial development scale expansion, the faster the urbanization develop, our country currently dominated by the credit financing structure in the aspect of promoting urbanization construction also show the inefficiency, and to some extent hindered the development of urbanization, the efficiency of financial development has a very significant positive influence on urbanization, the higher the efficiency of financial development, the faster the urbanization level, efficiency of the financial asset allocation is the core of the financial system.
