Research On Cooperative Game In Transportation Enterprises Based On Strategic Alliance

In the era of economic globalization, as the large multinational transport enterprises flocked to chinese market, the competition in the domestic transport market become more and more fierce. The chinese transport enterprises are gradually aware of that it is hard to survive in the highly competitive market depending on its own strength, never say something of long-term development. The only way for a transport enterprise to survive in the fierce competition is to develop coorporation with other enterprises of the same trade, to achieve mutual benefit and win-win.The strategic alliance of transport enterprises is the outcome of conforming to requirements of market competition and as well the necessity of coorporation for development between enterprises. This kind of coorporation between transport enterprises by establishing strategic alliance could bring down cost in business, increase the revenue, and promote development. The biggest cause to establish a strategic alliance is to pursue to the greater benefit by coorporation, it is an interest group formed by some transport enterprises. and the game is a good method to research stakeholders interacting with each other. This paper researches the game between the transport enterprises in the strategic alliance by using Nash game, Steinberg game and cooperative game. Specifically, the main contents of this paper are as follows.(1)This paper defines the transport alliance with the idea of system theory, analyzes its classification and formation cause, discusses its formation process, and further probe into its organization structure.(2)This paper studies the game problem of organizing transport enterprise strategic alliance. First of all it analyzes the organizing game of the horizontal strategic alliance, by separately discussing it under the situation in the same area and in diffrent area, we find that transport enterprises in the strategic alliance will increase its gross profits, and only when these enterprises are in diffrent areas, there always existing Nash equilibrium solution of the organizing game. Then this paper also studies the organizing game of vertical strategic alliance of transport enterprises. the study finds that the gross profit these enterprises would be greater than that before organizing the strategic alliance, only when the operating cost could be reduced remarkably by organizing the strategic alliance.(3)As well it studies the interest allocation of transport enterprises strategic alliance. It establishes a cooperative game model about this interest allocation using cooperative game method, Shapley value is given afterwards, and this model is confirmed by an example.(4)It takes Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as an example to analyze the development status of transport industry in this region, then it discusses the cooperation of transport enterprises, external envirnment and business cooperation of organizing strategic alliance, and finnally some countermeasures and suggestions were presented to the organization of transport enterprise strategic alliance in this region.
