More and more "urban-village", "shanty towns" was build with the development of cities and the speeding up of urbanization, which lead to the real estate market bubble at the same time. The rapid expansion of the real estate market leads to further imbalance of cities development and scarce of land resources. In order to solve those problems, such as the increase in the number of "village in city" "shanty towns", severe loss of land resources, a large number of cultivated land for construction land, etc.The government has developed many of the policies and regulations inhibit the further development of the problem. At the same time, along with the change of development direction, many enterprises attend the new round of construction planning and the method of cooperation.Based on this backgrounds, this paper studies the characteristics, costs and corres-ponds risk control methods of cooperation plan of shantytowns renovation project, which is led by governmentPaper’s contents are as follows:At first, the introduction mainly expounds the background of the area B of X road shantytown renovation projects, the research significance, and content of this article. Through the case that the W company intends to invest area B of X road shantytowns renovation project, the article respectively introduces the background of project construction, the background of investor, and the cooperation way. At second, the article introduces the career about shantytowns renovation project. The status of this career in the area, and the development trend of the career. Through analyzing the present situation and policies and regulations of real estate industry between in our country and in B area, the article predicted the good macro-economic environment in the future of the shantytown renovation project in area B of X road.
