Research On The Reconstruction Model Of Shantytowns In H County

When it comes to the transformation of shanty town,it is the key project of affordable housing construction,which is one of the important strategies related to the national economy and people's livelihood.Over the years,H County has accelerated the pace of the transformation of shanty town under the guidance and support of the national policy,while various problems have gradually become prominent.However,how to alleviate it through a reasonable development mode is an important question that has not been fully answered in terms of theory and practice.With the help of stakeholder theory,it puts forward the design scheme of targeted transformation mode in view of the actual situation of the transformation of shanty town in H County at present as well as the shortcomings and their root causes.As a result,it is of great significance both to the study of the reform policy of shanty town and to relieve the problems in H county.In terms of the transformation of shanty town,it involves a large range from the central to the local,from the government to the real estate enterprises and the residents of shanty town.When it comes to the suitability of the shanty town reform mode,it depends on whether a balance is made between meeting the demands of the various stakeholders and fulfilling their responsibilities and obligations.In this paper,it uses the theoretical tools of relevant stakeholders to identify the stakeholders,interest claims,responsibilities and obligations as well as the relationship between them in the transformation of shanty town in H County.Besides,it makes a deep analysis of the problems existing in the transformation of shanty town in H County,such as the cost of transformation,the implementation of policies,the aspirations of the people and people's livelihood.As a result,it is considered that the disadvantages of the transformation mode itself is the key factor that leads to the failure of the smooth progress of the transformation measures of shanty town in the county.In view of the specific problems and the policy roots in the process of shanty town transformation in our country,it refers to the practices of typical areas in China in this paper.As a result,it is found that the adoption of the mode of shanty town transformation should not only consider the concretecountermeasures of the problems,but also should consider the macro transformation mode.In this paper,it summarizes and analyzes three kinds of development modes of shanty town transformation from a macro point of view while sums up the typical reference experience for the transformation of shanty town in H County.Through the combination of the above analysis,the improvement scheme of the reform policy of shanty town in H County is obtained on the premise of considering the social and economic development trend of H County,that is,it should adopt different transformation modes according to shanty town in different areas,suggestions on supporting measures are put forward according to different transformation modes.
