Small and micro businesses are an important force in the development of our national economy. Small and micro businesses accounted for more than90%of the total enterprises in China, is the important carrier of the employment of residents in China, is an important participant in international trade, has created more than60%GDP and more than half of the export earnings and fiscal revenue.Promotion is of great and far-reaching strategic significance to China’s economic growth, employment and building a harmonious society healthy and sustainable development of small miniature enterprise. With the further adjustment of the rapid growth of China’s economy and the economic structure, the development of enterprises increasingly important and increasingly the attention of people.Small and micro businesses due to lower barriers to entry, investment main body and organization form diversification, employees in many small micro enterprise is dominated by family members, and most of them are through formal channels of employment can not obtain employment personnel. The small and micro businesses in the development of many problems, and problems of human resource management can be said to be the most outstanding one of the many problems of small and micro businesses, especially the management of core talents is a fatal factor in the growth of small and micro businesses.Because of small and micro businesses core personnel are the backbone of enterprises, is the main provider of technology, is the market pioneer, as long as the core talents appear as discrete, enterprises will lose the ability to survive in the market. At present, most of the core talent studies focus on large enterprises or state-owned enterprises, because of the complexity of the small micro enterprise and unique, research on the core talent management is lack of in-depth research, the small core talent management problems of enterprise, analyzes the recruitment, training, performance appraisal, incentive, talent reserves, summarizes the main problems of small and micro businesses in talent management, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the problems.This paper takes LB company as an example of in-depth analysis, confirms the small and micro businesses in talent management problems and its universal significance. Research results show that small and micro businesses core talent management is the key factor of sustainable growth of the enterprise, and the majority of small and micro businesses due to the negligence of the core talent management leads to small and micro businesses "a year. Two years, three years without live four years".This paper related to the research background and significance of paper, firstly expounds the general situation of related research at home and abroad, and then the specific characteristics of small enterprises, then according to the characteristics of small and micro businesses to analyze the development of small enterprises, and then focus on the main problems in the development of core talents management of small micro enterprise and the reason, finally proposed the countermeasures and suggestions to promote small micro enterprise core talents development.
