With China becoming the biggest electronic products manufacturing country in the world, as one of the most important components, the scale of MCU market in China is growing quickly, and the competition is more severely. As the bridge connecting the MCU Vendors and electronic products manufacturers, MCU distributor is one of most important part in the industry chain.SQ company which was studied in this article is one of the most famous domestic MCU distributors. We know marketing strategy base on 4Cs theory has becoming unfit for continual changing market. This paper first comparative analyze the 4Ps,4Cs and 4Rs market theories, to find the theory evidence for the market strategy suggestion of Secom Telecom.The first chapter is the introduction, describes the study purpose, meaning and methods of this article.The second chapter analyzes the relevant theories, Construction the foundation of the analysis of company and marketing strategy.The third chapter analyzes the MCU industry situation and the trend of development, the basic situation of competitors and the internal advantage of SQ company which set the study base for the target market research.On the basis of former analysis, chapter four make a detailed analysis of and defines the target market of SQ Co. Chapter five gives the suggestions on market strategy on the 4Rs basisEvery market strategy’s carrying out need the resource support. Chapter six studies the security methods of carrying out of SQ Company’ market strategy, such as the resources support and risk management.
