In recent years, supply chain and supply chain management has been the rapiddevelopment. At the same time, the competition between supply chains increasinglyfiercely. With increasing understanding of enterprises on the supply chain, more andmore enterprises realized the importance of supply chain management. Competitionis no longer simple exist between enterprises, but exist between supply chains. Basedon the supply chain competition, if demand disruptions occurred, the original balanceof the supply chain will be broken. The members of supply chain need to makecorresponding decisions to ensure the supply chain to achieve a balanced state again.In this dissertation, mainly studied on demand disruptions occurs in competitivesupply chains. At first, I established basic model of supply chain. Draw theequilibrium solution of the model. And description the validity of the model on thesupply chain in which manufacture is leader. Then established two competitivesupply chain models, obtained the equilibrium solution. Also I proved theeffectiveness of the model in theory. Then add the demand disruption, the time pointof demand disruption into account to implore its impact on retailers’ profit. In face ofmarket demand disruption, this disruption is divided into two parts. One is theincrease demand: consider third-party spot market that coordinates disruption by spot.The other is the decrease demand: consider buy back contracts to coordinatedisruption.When the model of competitive supply chain is established which demanddisruption occurred on. The time point of disruption is introduced to the model.Combined the time point of disruption and the demand variation to study theirimpacts on the retailer’ profit. Also I combined the time point of disruption and thewholesale prices on the spot market. Study the relationship between the two, andboth the change of retailer profits. When consider buy back contracts to coordinatedecrease demand disruption. On the basis of the relevant literature, established two competitive supply chains buy-back contract model. Compared coordinated withuncoordinated situations. When the manufacturer’s wholesale price within a certainrange, coordinate increases the profits of manufacturers and retailers. And themanufactures’ profit is more than retailers’ profit. The effectiveness of the model intheory is proved. This dissertation illustrates effectiveness of the model and theresearch content through the empirical research.
