With the high development of technique and technique and economy, the market competition has gradually changed from enterprises to supply chains in the 21Th century.So, every enterprise must recognizes the supply chain and set up a rational supply chain between upper and down-stream enterprise to participate to participate market competition, nowadays. Electric power enterprises are neither exception. Since the reform of electricity system, electricity system has formed a situation of"power plant and the electric net going separately, running through price competition". What's important and urgent to each power plant is how to use strategic analysis to plan its own specific strategy in order to guarantee competitive advantage for the out of order transition period. Electric power enterprise supply chain management is not only the integrating supply chain management but also the unify transversely management and the pull style management. Since entering 1990`s, because of the ceaseless progress of science and technology and the high development of globalization information network and technology reform, the new product market competition has become more and more violent. With the speed development of national economy, our power industry also developed quickly, so the lighting coal fire electricity needs to face huge pressure not only the bear enormous but also the raw material price rising such as coal and water.
