It has been 5 years, since the C&S company listed in the stock exchange. The company’s stock price fall from 58 RMB at the beginning to 23 RMB by now. In 2013, the C&S company issued a long-term bonds for a period of 5 years, which lead the small and medium-sized shareholders and bondholders pay much more attentions to the company’s future performance.All of this paper’s financial data is come from the C&S company’s financial reports, from 2010 to 2014. Based on this financial data, I analyzed company’s financial structure, debt paying ability, the ability to operate, the ability to obtain profit and the ability to obtain cash. The conclusion is that C&S company’s debt paying ability and cash ability is still good, but the operating ability and the ability to obtain profit is becoming weaker in recent years.Compared the C&S company with the HengAn international group and Vinda international holding company. The conclusion is that the C&S company’s management ability and development ability is the weakest, because the business of C&S company is too concentrated, the market competitiveness of C&S company is weak in the same industry.The DuPont analysis method and the method of serial replacement of comprehensive financial analysis are also be used in this paper.
