Marketing strategy is a key elemant for the achieving of enterprise overoll strategy, It can not be neglected for modern companies to establish and implement effective marketing strategy, which can support the enterprise overall strategy forcefully, and lead the markering activities to the right direction and track as the demanding, what’s more, guarantee the fulfillment of strategic goals. Base on the Guangdong marketing strategy research of A company, applying marketing strategic management theory, adopting data collecting, market survey, SWOT analyisis and comparative analysis, probing into the market environment of survey& design industry, the circumstances of main business of A company, the tendency of the field of survey& design, the condition of survey& design market of Guangdong province, conbining A company’s current situation of development, advantage& disadvantage, challenges and menace, taking development strategy of A company, such as corporate vision& mission, strategy thought, overall strategic goals, as guidance, according to the present situation, market share, resource, competitiveness and market competition of A company, this article tries to establish Guangdong marketing strategy for A company, proposes methodology and gives a comprehensive assessment on the performance of Guangdong marketing strategy of A company. This study has guidance significance to survey& design companies who are interested in Guangdong market and can be used for reference for branches of enterprises in the same industry in terms of establishment of suitable and effective marketing stragy.
