Bio-pharmaceutical industry is developing in China rapidly. Corespondilitily, marketing is playing more and more important role in this industry. As one of the most important parts of the whole marketing process, marketing channels are being paied more attentions by a large number of biopharmaceutical corporations. How to enhance the efficiency of marketing channels, how to improve the current marketing plance and sastify with practical needs of biological market at the same time have become the focus point of people in China bio-medical industry, which also the core research goal of this paper.This study describes marketing channel modes and marketing dvelop history, in Chinar bio-pharmaceutical industry systemically. Several main problems existing in marketing channels have also been stated clearly. Combing with theoretical analysis and case research methods, this paper focuses on the marketing channel problems in CNBG systemically. Five main problems are summarized. First, evaluation to marketing channel members is unreasonable. Second, attentions to the little channel members is little. Third, therr are too many marketing classes. Fourth, one team have different names. Final, control to third-party marketing is weak.Based on the marketing channel problems in CNBG, one of the most cirtical bio-medical companies in China, the researcher of this study integrate and rebuild its marketing channel system fully. After integration of marketing channels, the main problems being suffered by CNBG are solved effectively. At the same time, the new integrated marketing channel system in CNBG can suit for the practical market needs completely. The research results of this study can provide valuable suggestions to the similar companies in China bio pharmaceutical industry, which could improve their marketing channels effectively. Furthermore, the whole competitive of the enterprises could be enhanced as well.
