Study On The Relationship Between The Expansion Of Construction Land And Economic Growth Based On The Improved Decoupling Method

In the process of urbanization, economic development is highly dependent on the expansion of construction land, it can lead the development of local government financial to deformity, and the contradiction between human and land evolves continuously upgrade. If we put our research confined to the synergy of the development trend between Economic growth and the construction land expansion,it will be unable to meet there requirements about “the intensive utilization of land”, "smart city", "sustainable development" and "economic transformation". It is of great significance to realize the sustainable use of land resources and economic sustainable development by researching the decoupling relationship between the expansion of construction land and economic growth.Based on the related theory research, we regard the construction land of Jilin as the research object. we evaluate the decoupling relationship between the expansion of construction land and economic growth. In this paper, we improve the decoupling model firstly, and then we carried on the quantitative analysis of the decoupling relationship between the expansion of construction land and economic growth from two dimensions of time and space. First we analyze the basic situation of economic development and industrial structure of Jilin. Second, we measure the strength of the construction land expansion, and then we evaluate the decoupling relationship between construction land expansion and economic growth. Third, we discuss the reason of decoupling by Introducing the C-D production function. According to the improved model, we predict the construction land control area, and we get the advantage industry of Jilin province by factor analysis finally. The conclusions are as follows:(1) Improved IPAT decoupling model can combine accuracy with the critical value, it is useful to clear characteristics and differences.(2) During the study period, the economics of Jilin province is in sustained growth. In addition to 1992, construction land of Jilin province continues to grow. The construction land expansion in Siping city, Baicheng city and Liaoyuan city, is basically stable, in Tonghua city, Baishan city, Songyuan and Yanbian city belongs to the weak expansive, and in Changchun and Jilin city is more intense.(3) On the time scale, Jilin province was in strong decoupling state in 1992, and other years were in a weak decoupling state, the degrees of decoupling are different. On the spatial scales, the central region of Jilin province is relatively low, and weak decoupling completion rates in other parts are relatively high.(4) The construction land contributed a little to the non-agricultural GDP, and capital investment and technology have important effects to non-agricultural GDP.(5) High-level industry and the proportion of the tertiary industry to GDP are highly correlated to economics.
