Teenagers are the future of our country, all sectors of society are keeping a watchful eye on teenagers’ growth and development. At this age stage,children should be staying at school and learning knowledge,but my study objects are living independently and earning their own bread.Because of the special of religious and culture,less educated and young aged,they are at the edge of city society. Just like other children,they also need care and concern,but they already break into the different culture,they stand on their own feet in the adult society.They are the disadvantageous group,I hope I can give a glimpse of their lifestyle,and let the social hear the voice of these ordinary and special children,give them more understanding and tolerance.This article takes 30 Muslim young migrant labors in four halal restaurants in Lanzhou as research object, through the anthropological perspective and using the qualitative study method,describe their education background,daily work,entertainment,belief, ideal and other aspects,show their constradiction and adjustment toward other culture,analysis how they benefit from relationship netword to strengthen their position.Although they didn’t finish their schooling,but they learned about common sense and experience during independent living.At the end of the paperj think we should improve the quality of education,provide more labor skill training and public service resource to help them.
