With the numbers of contradictions which construct the harmonious society, the most complex problem is migrant workers. Beijing as the capital has attracted a huge number of employment of migrant workers. The identity of migrant workers and their occupations have been combined, it can be said that the employment situation of migrant workers directly to determine their livelihood in the city. Although migrant workers in Beijing have created a large number of social wealth, but they are in the vast majority of low-level jobs, often face the risk of unemployment. When they are in difficult living conditions, it is easy for them to take the risk. It is vulnerable to loss of city and damage the capital of a harmonious.Though investigating a 1252 sample of migrant workers in Beijing, this paper resreached the relationship between the employment status of migrant workers and their adaption to the city. Though using of SPSS statistical software , it can be understanded that the employment-related factors include: income equity, opportunity accessing, the work itself, social integration, social security and living conditions. The city adaption includes adapting to the city negatively and adaptation to the city positively. It is also found that there is linear relationship betweent he employment status of migrant workers and their adaption to the city.In this paper, though data model relationships between the employment status and the city adaption, it make policy recommendations, which included: the government should attach importance to ideology, creating a fair and just employment environment system for migrant workers; concern on the employment of non-formal management; guiding education and training positively; using flexible and effective social security to meet the needs of migrant workers in Beijing...
