Rural labor force of mass transfer offers one of the biggest and the most pressing social problems is the problem of migrant workers’urban adaptation in cities. Migrant workers as a special phenomenon in the process of the industrialization and urbanization in China, is China’s urban and rural binary segmentation of the inevitable outcome of the social economic system. Due to restrictions, such as the household registration system of migrant workers is embedded into the urban structure and free from the urban social mainstream, is regarded as urban social vulnerable groups and marginal groups in the "not fit" or "half to adapt to the" state. Although the understanding of the problem of migrant workers made a lot of exploration, but about migrant workers, especially in western ethnic minority migrant workers city adaptation studies are rare, some study is also more qualitative and theoretical analysis, empirical research is still inadequate, in-depth and comprehensive, to adapt to the construction of indicators and measurement is not enough mature, the specification, a lack of comparability between the research conclusion. This paper, by using the questionnaire survey to the town of ethnic minorities in Xinxiang in 2013 migrant workers data, based on "the current situation and problems of-factors-countermeasures" the logic of the chain from the point of view of theoretical and empirical study the minority rural migrant workers in cities to three key problems:(1) what is the situation about minority rural migrant workers’urban adaptation?(2) what are the influence factors of ethnic minority migrant workers’urban adaptation?(3) how is the internal relationship of various dimensions about minority rural migrant workers’urban adaptation?First, the measurement and the status quo of the urban adaptation of ethnic minority migrant workers. The main content of this part is to construct the index system of the urban adaptation of ethnic minority migrant workers, the use of factor analysis and principal component analysis, the urban adaptation of ethnic minority migrant workers is divided into four dimensions:economic adaptation, social adaptation, cultural adaptation and psychological adaptation, and descriptive statistical analysis was carried out on the overall level of urban adaptation and the adaptation of the dimensions. The results show that the urban adaptation of ethnic minority migrant workers is low, and the degree of adaptation of each dimension is the highest, Cultural adaptation level is the highest, followed by economic adaptation and social adaptation, and the psychological adaptation is the lowest. Different groups of migrant workers in different groups of urban adaptation show a big difference.Second, the analysis of the influence factors of the urban adaptation of ethnic minority migrant workers. The main contents of this part are to explore the influence of the population characteristic variables, human capital, social capital and institution etc. The study found that the higher the level of education, the higher the level of the urban adaptation of ethnic migrant workers, the higher the level of Chinese cities to adapt to the higher level; Network size is larger, the higher the level of urban adaptation. Network structure is more complex, the higher the level of urban adaptation; The higher the degree of satisfaction of the government work, the higher the level of urban adaptation is; The higher the proportion of participating in social insurance, the lower the level of urban adaptation; The impact of the unfair treatment to the urban adaptation of ethnic minority migrant workers is not significant.Third, the analysis of the internal relationship among the cities to adapt to the dimensions. The research shows that the internal structure of the urban adaptation of ethnic minority migrant workers is complex. First, the higher the level of cultural adaptation, economic adaptation and social adaptation, the higher the level of psychological adaptation. Secondly, cultural adaptation and social adaptation have significant influence on the psychological adaptation through economic adjustment. Finally, the cultural adaptation problem is the first face of the minority migrant workers entering the city.
