Agricultural Information Technology (AIT) is developed as a comprehensive technology along with the development and application of modern IT in the field of agriculture. Now AIT has been penetrated into agricultural production, exchange, market, consumption, distribution, and various specific aspects of the development of the agricultural economy, thereby greatly enhancing the efficiency of agricultural production and the level of agricultural production, and improving agricultural production and the competitiveness of enterprises.Agricultural product safety issues related to the economy, the life and the social stability, has been widespread concern in society. How to ensure the food safety problems of agricultural products, also has been one of the important tasks of the domestic and foreign governments at all levels. Ensure high quality production of agricultural products can not only increase the income of agricultural production and processing, but also can promote the development of other industries such as industrial, service industry.However, in recent years, the safety problems of agricultural products is still frequently exposed, such as the problem of pesticide residues, including the dominant pair of fluorine and phosphorus, fluoroacetamide, tetramine, clenbuterol and other agricultural, veterinary drug poisoning caused by events, in addition, recessive poisoning is unable to statistics. The study confirmed that, common human cancer, malformation, resistance and some phenomena are harmful and toxic residues in food related. In fact, the harm is not safe agricultural product brings to the society is far more than a health problem, but also had a tremendous negative impact on the social and economic development, has caused the domestic and foreign government leaders pay high attention to these..To prevent the occurrence of such events must be producers, food processors and other aspects of food processing, "deceptive", "shoddy" phenomenon implementation of source control, and establish the origin of food products and production processes standardized environment control, especially from the point of origin to the flow of market information and management control of the whole process, which is very important to establish food safety management.This thesis describes the production of agricultural information in the enterprise bean application profiles to enhance the role of the competitiveness of enterprises, analysis of the current issues and challenges facing soybean producers in the development of information technology process, propose solutions to soy producers methods and Strategies to build information systems, information technology and the future prospects for the development of agriculture and the development direction of soybean producers made a prediction and outlook.In this paper, with ZuMing Bean Products co., LTD as soy bean processing demonstration enterprise research, specifically including the following:(1) Soybean processing industry:analysis of soybean processing business problems, such as low levels of industrialization, short shelf life, poor hygiene quality, low degree of product standardization, quality instability;(2) Information on the soybean business model requirements include:hardware and software aspects of the reform has reached the adaptation of information technology requirements;(3) Application of information technology in agriculture demonstration soy industry:by using ancestral names soy Inc.
