Research On Application Situation And Development Strategies For Agricultural Information Technology Of XPCC

The rapid development of computer communication technology, information and network graduallyhas an important role in People’s Daily life. Information technology has become a new powerful drivingforce of social productivity development and the progress of human civilization, the internet of things andcloud computing as a representative of modern information technology, become the key strategy to gaincompetitive advantages in the world today. Accelerate the information construction,which is majordecisions of the party central committee and the state council keeping up with the trend of the timesprogress and development trend of the world.Modern agriculture development experience at home and abroad proves that the application ofinformation technology in agriculture, greatly promoted the development of agricultural science andtechnology innovation and agriculture modernization, which makes the agricultural development hasentered a new period.Agriculture is the foundation of XPCC, agricultural production has the characteristics of themilitarization of scale, modernization and intensive, management. Information technology appling to theagriculture production and construction is particularly important to promote the rapid development ofeconomy of corps and the construction of the new type of farming herd.In recent years, the governmentshave given the attaches great importance to the construction of agricultural informationization, vigorouslysupport the development of agricultural high and new technology and application, makeing the corpsagriculture in large-scale planting, water-saving technology, precise fertilization, mechanized harvesting,etc made great progress. As the agricultural industrial structure adjustment and deepening of XPCC,exploring the path of agricultural informatization development and the mode of information technologythat application to the management system and economic system, will greatly promote farming herdtechnology upgrade and the rapid development of modern agriculture of XPCC.This paper studied the agriculture informatization development of XPCC nearly a decade,based on theagricultural informatization, agricultural modernization, agricultural information resources configuration,statistics and other disciplines knowledge as the theoretical guidance. Comprehensive research and detailedanalysis the development effectiveand existing problem of agriculture informatization technology from thenetwork infrastructure construction, agricultural informatization external environment, agriculturalinformation resources utilization, research and application of information technology, and informationtechnology talent introduction and training aspects,ect.Through the survey found, information technology gradually infiltrated the all aspects of agriculturalproduction of XPCC with the application of precision agriculture technology, promoting the rapiddevelopment of agricultural modernization. Specific performance for infrastructure improvement; depth ofinformation resources development and sharing degree greatly improve; service system gradually formed,means to improve agricultural information service; agricultural information service system and goodinformation environment. Although the agricultural informatization construction has made great progress, but compared with the mainland provinces and cities, the agricultural informatization of XPCC was still inthe stage of exploring study modern agriculture. Agricultural information technology research anddevelopment and popularization applications of work still has many problems, such as underfunded,network information construction cost is high, the unbalanced development in various fields, unreasonablestructure of information resources allocation, information standard not unified, lack of high-levelinformation technology research and development staff, agricultural information technology products can’tmeet the demand of practical production, real information access to a single, lagging behind.Comprehensive analysis of corps nearly a decade of agricultural information technology developmentachievements and existing problems, combining with the consulting experts and opinions, put forwardcorps of the countermeasures for the sustainable development of agricultural information technology:(1) enhancing the consciousness of the government information, increase investment in agricultureinformationization;(2) to strengthen the construction of infrastructure and information resources development andutilization;(3) increasing border wastelands informatization infrastructure construction;(4) strengthen the construction of agricultural information technology standardization;(5) strengthen high-level talent team construction and agricultural information technology training;(6) to develop the production and construction corps agricultural e-commerce;(7) to strengthen the support of agricultural information industry;(8) to increase the quality and safety of agricultural products information construction;(9) to speed up the production and construction of XPCC comprehensive information service system.
