Relevant data show that an enterprise, whether it is a large enterprises or a small and micro corporate, gets a business success because of its strategy about 20%, levels of management execution about 60% and some other uncontrollable factors about20%. In Small and micro businesses management process, business managers need to pay attention to many aspects, objectives, development strategy of enterprise profit rate, good management mechanism and management system. However, all of this is the establishment in the effective executive force. In the process of transformation and upgrade of China’s economy, the small and micro enterprises play an important role because of being concerned by the society and attention. How to promote small micro enterprise execution has become an important theoretical and practical problem faced by the current domestic small micro enterprise development. This paper takes the Suzhou small enterprise M company as the research object to explore the small micro enterprise to promote the execution strategy.M company is one of the Suzhou many Small and micro businesses. Based on summarizing the review the executive capacity of related theory and practice, this thesis researches the literature on the small and micro corporate, the construction principle of the enterprise’s executing and the execution system. According to the research object of M company executive force the present situation, analyzes the factors of its lowing execution, and proposes the corresponding promotion. Small and micro businesses execution system includes the organizational structure of the system, management system, culture system and authority of leadership. Constructing principles include the reliability principle, systematic principle and the principle of simplification. The performance of existing execution Small and micro businesses the problem of M company includes that the process consciousness is weak, the decision layer, management layer and basic execution speed is slow, the ability requirements is not sufficient and the responsibility is not clear. The factors involve that the company’sstrategic objectives is fuzzy, the functional departments is not clear, the division is not scientific, the system perform is poor, the supervision and evaluation mechanism is not perfect the communication way is improper and the effect is not sufficient. To enhance M company’s executive forces, the corresponding strategies include clearing strategic objectives of the company, formulating its job description, establishing scientific and reasonable rules and an effective supervision and punishment system,promoting the upward communication, learning the communication skills, taking an exemplary role in the enterprise internal management, strengthening the execution culture. These results also have certain value for the execution of other small and micro enterprise.
