Although the implementation of the measures for the government and the enterprises to realize win-win condition, but the land level development development requires a lot of money, and the enterprise’s financing channels and means is relatively single, and the development of land for a long time, so the capital takes up time is long, together with corporate debt maturity structure is unreasonable, and so on, will bring the financing not free, is unable to repay debts, the financial risk of the financial cash flow circulation. In addition, the cost of the land level development is, earnings and the financial risk of the enterprise is often tied together, if the high cost of land development, or land transfer income is too low will become an important factor in enterprise produce the financial risk.The current domestic urban land development is still in the preliminary and exploratory stage, no matter in theory or in practice, the lack of system and in-depth research. The by the method of literature review on research status are analyzed, and the related theoretical research, and combine qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method of financial risk analysis and recognition are analyzed, modeling and case analysis was carried out with the method of case analysis, finally on the level of development of land financial risk prevention and control method. It is hoped that through this study, we want to promote the development of the land primary market,standardize enterprise system of the land level development, promote the enterprise and the optimization of the social interests.
