Research On Construction And Need Of Network Information Resources Of The Strategic Emerging Industry In Our Country

The U.S. sub-prime mortgage crisis in 2008 caused a serious influence all over the world, countries in the word take measures to against this crisis. Most developed countries focus on emerging industries supported by professional skills, accelerate the transformation of economic growth mode. Under the international economic environment and domestic economic situation, our country proposed to develop strategic emerging industry, which is the main task of China’s "Twelfth Five-Year" period of construction, and it is our strategic decision to against the crisis and change the mode of economic growth in our country.Strategic emerging industry is the new emerging industry which has strategic effect on national competitiveness, it is in the initial stage in our country,and needs a large amount of accurate information resources to provide information support.With the application of information technology, network information resources exist almost all the field of industries and can not be missed.In order to know clearly the network information resources construction and need of strategic emerging industry, using the literature research method and questionnaire survey, investigate the database and related strategic emerging industries website, survey the need of network information resources of strategic emerging industry.The results show that the strategic emerging industry in our country’s network information resources construction in the overall level is low, the difference is bigger, unequal resource distribution, the information demand diversity; Through investigation can be seen that network information resources construction in the strategic emerging industry in China has larger ascension space, can draw lessons from the case, need in the network information resources type, the content of network information resources and network information resources retrieval, improved the construction of information service.The first section and the second section of this paper recommend the background of the proposed strategic emerging industries, the significance of this study and related concepts and theories involved; the third section investigate the current situation of network information resources mainly including website and database of China’s strategic emerging industries, including both comprehensive strategic emerging industry and the seven specific strategic emerging industries; the fourth section using network questionnaire survey the information resources demand of strategic emerging industry in our country, analyze the problems and reasons of network information of strategic emerging industries; the fifth section according to the content of the third and fourth section,propose some recommendation about how to construct and how to satisfy the need of network information resources of strategic emerging industry; the last section state the insufficient of this research and the future research direction.
