Along with the rapid promotion and popularization of network and communication echnology in the global scope, the Information Content Industry arises from the historic noment. Digital Information Content Service is becoming a new engine of the levelopment of Information Content Industry. Digital Information Content Service is cting as a new type of service industry. It is a kind of "commodity" and has brought a profound change in people’s life, work, study and many other aspects. What traditional ervice industry can provide all services in theory can be replaced by Digital nformation Content Service, such as the network office, network financial, network ;hopping and other fields. It is no exaggeration to say that Digital Information Content Service has become a public necessities such as air, water and it has gradually led people from "offline" to "online"As the era of big data quietly coming, the explosive growth of network information resources makes the Internet Service Providers facing huge pressure on the development of information, information storage, information protection and information management. Meanwhile, Information Users have brought new requirements about the quantity and quality of the Digital Information Content Service. This paper ses Analysis of Feedback Dynamic Complexity to explore the interrelation and influence of Digital Information Content Service process and Information Lifecycle Management process, describing the optimization and promotion of the Information Lifecycle Management and orderly implementation of Digital Information Content Service.This paper describes about the details of the Information Lifecycle Management purposes and advantages, analyzing the operate situation of each stage of the information lifecycle. The positive effect is generated for the further elaboration of Information Lifecycle Management for Digital Information Content Service process. So this paper selects typical cases, using the theory of Information Lifecycle Managemer to carry on the simulated analysis of the whole process.At last, in order to help the Internet Service Providers build a scientific implementation of Information Lifecycle Management and get the integrated management effect, this paper boldly explores the integration strategy of Information Lifecycle Management, constructing a three-dimensional integrated model and putting forward the security related cooperative factors of the implementation of Information Lifecycle Management, hoping to provide reference and knowledge contribution of the Digital Information Content Service and its lifecycle integration of network information resource in the professional field of Information Resource Management discipline.
