| In recent years, with the high speed of economic globalization and the logistics globalization, the logistics parks division of positioning has received great attention. A logistics park will benefit a lot from a good plan and operation model, it will develop steadily and healthily and give a boost for the economy. On the other hand, if a logistics park has a poor plan or improper operation model, it will lead to the inefficiency and waste of the logistics park. However, the researches on most of logistics park planning and operation are based in the large area, such as in the east coast, the Yangtze river delta and even the whole country. There are fewer researches focused on small county logistics park.This paper took our county logistics park as the research object, the main target of the research was to find the right way which it applies. Through reading, sorting and analysis of the related literature, this paper argues that the operating way of county logistics park can be divided into three parts:logistics park investment model, management model and profit model. On this basis, this research started.First of all, in this paper explained the concepts of the logistics park, logistics planning and logistics park operation model. Secondly, took the Germany logistics park and Japanese logistics park as example, analyzed the successful logistics park operation model abroad. Thirdly, did the comprehensive analysis of the existing logistics park investment model, management model and profit model in our country. Then, combining with the actual situation and characteristics of our county, found the suitable models of county logistics park in China. Finally, chose a county logistics park in Jiangsu province named Tianfuli logistics park to do a case study, carried out the specific analysis on its operation model, and evaluated its practical operation effect, validated the applicability and accuracy of county logistics park operation models. Further studies and limitations were discussed. |
