Nowadays, social competition is very fierce in all walks of life. The competition focus is gradually changing from the technical to talent between the enterprises. Staff is the main core competitiveness if a enterprise wants to stand out in the fierce society competition. Therefore, human resource is getting more and more attention in enterprises. At the same time, how to better play the ability of the enterprise staff and the superiority also becomes the focus. If employees in the work can be full of vitality and thirst for knowledge and put his full effort into work, improving work efficiency and effectiveness, then it will be able to maximize the value of the enterprise as well as reduce the operation cost of the enterprise. Then, employees that affected by what factors will be happy to maximize his potential and full of energy to work. Every enterprise is looking forward to get the answer. As a for-profit organization, enterprise’s goal is to maximize profit, seek the biggest rights and interests of the shareholders at the same time and maintain a healthy and sustained development of the enterprise to lay a solid foundation for long-term profits. The employees are the source of profits and the main body. Only if operating the good employees well, can enterprises realize the purpose of profit.At first, this article researchs on related literature about thriving at work abroad and understands its content structure dimension of thriving at work in foreign environment. Then it studys the content structure of thriving at work under Chinese culture background which is more two dimensions than the dimension of thriving at work abroad (energy and learning), namely, enterprising and responsible. After getting the content structure of thriving at work in our country, the paper choses two representative organization factors, personal-organization compatibility and organizational support, analyzing their influence on thriving at work. Through assuming that personal-organization compatibility and organizational support has positive affecte to the four dimensions of thriving at work, using the AMOS and SPSS software to analyze survey data. Finally, we come to a conclusion that organizational support has significant positive influence to the four aspects of thriving at work. Personal-organization compatibility has significant positive influence to the four aspects of thriving at work too. Therefore, For an enterprise, it should pay attention to the two factors in order to improve the staff’s work activity and make them more responsible, energetic, aggressive in work.Meanwhile let them has the momentum and opportunity to learn. It will be helpful for employees to create more value and profit which will be useful to sustain development of the enterprise.
