Research On Competitiveness Of The Financial Outsourcing Industry In Suzhou Industrial Park

Financial outsourcing is a new financial management method which develops in last decades. The enterprises outsoure some financial items or process to external professional organization in the financial management process, and get the speific service in the appointed time based on the contract from the service suppliers. It shows advancements in two points for this model of the financal trategy management. On one hand, it improves the key competitive power of enterprises;and the other hand, it can help the servicers of financial outsourcing to realize economies of scale. So financial outsourcing is becoming a new complexed and professional service business with developing and growing of the whole outsourcing.Suzhou Industrial Park is one of the successful development zones in China, which gets spectacular achievements in the world after about two decades’ development.In 2007 the zone was given the title of Outsourcing Service Model Zone In China. And the outsourcing of zone created a development model positively based on its features, made the brand of the First Zone of Chinese Service Outsourcing during this period. And Suzhou Industrial Park was ranked the first batch of China of accountant outsourcing pilot zone in 2010, which made financal outsourcing develop dramatically. I will introduce the financal outsourcing industry and its development in the domestic and overseas in this paper, to show the environment and statement which Suzhou Industrial Park has to face when it develops the financal outsourcing instudry. Then base on Petter’s Diamond Model Theory,referring to the features of Suzhou Industrial Park and financal outsourcing instudry,I will modify the Diamond Model Theory to make the theory be suitable for researching the financal outsourcing instudry of Suzhou Industrial Park. Use the revised Diamond Model to research the advantages and disadvantages of Suzhou Industrial Park on the development of financal outsourcing,find out the problems of it,and finally provide corresponding solutions to improve the competitive-ness of finanal outsourcing of Suzhou Industrial Park.
