| At present,the global software outsourcing has become a large s;types industry.Seizing this opportunity for development of emerging industries,will be of great significance to maintain sustained economic growth,achieve economic restructuring and growth patterns in the new round of development in Jiangsu.According to existing research in the world,this paper,which combines qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation,analyses the status of software outsourcing industry in global and Jiangsu province.Based on the four key elements and two auxiliary elements in "Porter Diamond Model",the competition of Jiangsu software outsourcing industry is analyzed,and a software outsourcing competitiveness evaluation index system is set up.It contains cost,infrastructure, human resource and the income of software business and so on,which is totally 18 factors.According this index system,this paper analyses the competition about seven provinces and city in China including Jiangsu province.And the top three is Guangdong province,Jiangsu province and Beijing.Relative to other provinces,the software industry's fixed-assets investment,corporate strategies,organizational structure and the competition status,influence the ranking of Jiangsu Province.On this situation,in the development of software outsourcing industry,the Jiangsu Province should go a road of industrial development which based on the competitiveness of the software outsourcing industry in general needs and their own problems.In this paper's conclusion,there are several proposed measures about the future development of Jiangsu software outsourcing industry,These measures are locating in the secondary outsourcing and the high-end outsourcing,expansion of investment in fixed-assets software industry,driving demand at home and abroad, developing software outsourcing-related industrial chain,enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises,increasing policy support and so on. |
