With the rapid development of social and economic in the 21 st century, knowledge economy has developed in step by step. And thus a more direct impact which the role of individuals in the organization life has become more and more important. In a enterprise, the relationship between management and self-management everywhere. Enterprise system is a kind of management. Under this system implementation of employees are more dependent on self-management. The superior orders is a kind of management and staff how to finish the work, In what ways do work belong to self-managementHowever, the author through to the predecessors’ research results on the collection and analysis, found that the existing academic theory results are almost manage to separate proposition research and self-management, there are few combine the two studies. Aimed at the weak link of this theory, this research attempts to rise in the perspective of enterprise life cycle theory to explore general organization management and self-management links and their interactive relationship. Thus the study of the management and self-management from the perspective of enterprise life cycle is of realistic significance. First, a company can discuss on the basis of enterprise management and the relationship between the employee self-management in the growth stage of the life cycle of enterprise. Second, according to this study analysis of affecting factors of management and self-management the management of the enterprise can choose suitable for growing phase matching and self-management mode. At last companies can determine how to choose the management model according to the characteristics of the growth enterprise management and self-management, thus adjustment the organization management mode dynamically.In this study, the author investigate more than 200 managers and staffs from growth companies. Also author analyzed the effect factors of management and self management by correlation analysis andregression analysis. Thus the author discusses and puts forward the dynamic model that influence the growth enterprises’ management and self-management: strengthen management and ultra weak self management, strengthening management and weakening of self management, neutral management and self management, weakening management and strengthen self management, super weakening management combined with super strengthen self management.
