In the complicated dynamic competitive environment, the strength of a specific competitive strategy is not only determined by the measures initially taken, but by the accuracy of its prediction of competitors' behaviors and reactions, the reactions of its competitors and other participants in the competitive environment, and the contest results of these alternative reactions changing with the time. Though to make a good strategy is of great importance, the reactions of competitors may make its strength come to naught. Therefore, we should not only design our own strategy in detail, but analyze and predict the behaviors of competitors, seek for the best tactics for actions, as well as react effectively.In such circumstances, by analyzing the dynamic competitive theory, this paper is supposed to discuss how to use this theory to guide enterprises into the practices of competition in the markets, and to build the competitive strategy system that is adjustable to the changes of competitive environments and competitors' ploys. Meanwhile, through the research above, this paper comes to the conclusion that we can use " action " and " response " to explain the dynamics of enterprises' actions, and settles the problem that the application of the dynamic competitive theory is usually disjointed with its research.In order to arrive at those objectives, this paper presents its research from the following aspects:The first part: Constructing theoretic basis and raising the questions. This part begins with the summaries of the development history, the components, the research objects and main analyzing methods of the dynamic competitive theory.
