The Development Prospect Analysis Of TPP And The Study Of Chinese Conntermeasure

Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic Partnership Agreement(TPP) is a regional economic cooperation agreements which led by USA and participate by Trans-Pacific countries and regions, which praised as the new model of the 21 st century free trade, is "a new generation, a higher level, beyond the WTO " regional free trade agreements. TPP is formerly known as the multilateral free trade agreements signed by Singapore, New Zealand, Chile, Brunei four countries within the APEC framework in2005(P4). Since February 2008 the USA high-profile announcement to join in, TPP led the USA gradually and became the key of American strategic eastward shift and then stepped back to the Asia-Pacific. July 2013 despite the strong opposition voices in domestic, after the two-year-difficult negotiations Japanese government formally joined the TPP, became the12 th member states, but under the domestic pressures US-Japan negotiations is very difficult, the main differences are that Japan does not willing to reduce agricultural tariffs and Japan does not recognize the US auto safety standards in US exported autos. As the two big economies in TPP, the US and Japanese economies of scale are more than 70% of the total 12 TPP members`, whether the United States and Japan could reach a compromise on the above differences is a key factor of promoting the TPP negotiations can proceed smoothly, in addition, the cautious attitude of the small trade country in TPP like the Philippine, which put a shadow on the prospect of TPP.This paper studies and analyzes the TPP and its latest developments and foreground,and its inner difference which between the developed economic entities as well as developed economic entity and developing economic entity。All the difference show that it`s hard to American to copy its foreign economic and trade template into Asia-Pacific.Above this,combine the latest developments of Asia-Pacific,then forecast the TPP`s development prospect and pattern.At last,on the basis of the previous economic model for the analysis of the TPP,according to the influence and revelation of TPP,combine the new normal in domestic and overseas of China, conclude the countermeasures should be taken by China.
