Strategy Study On Fostering International Service Outsourcing Of Tianjin Enterprises

Tianjin is one of China’s major service outsourcing base cities, and actively enhancing the size and service level of its service outsourcing firms has far-reaching significance for its overall economic development. The purpose of this study is to learn practical experience from leading domestic and international service outsourcing cities, combining them with Tianjin enterprises’ own characteristics, anlayzing Tianjin enterprises’ current situation, overall environment, problems, and strategy of undertaking international service outsourcing, to explore a way for its companies to quickly expand international service outsourcing business.Based on the domestic and international service outsourcing literatures and relevant data, this paper chooses several leading domestic and international service outsourcing cities to visit, some service outsourcing enterprises to research, and uses a comparative reference and research methods to research. The study anlayzes the current situation of international service outsourcing of Tianjin enterprises, including overall situation, industrial distribution and key enterprises, as well as the environment to develp international service outsourcing.Tianjin have the basic conditions for the rapid development of service outsourcing industry, and has gained a certain level of development. However, Tianjin’s enterprises still have some disadvantages:1.The overall level of service outsourcing is relatively backward; 2. Lack of specialized service outsourcing talents; 3. Tianjin enterprises’ outsourcing core competitive advantage is not obvious; 4.Tianjin outsourcing enterpries are lack of exchanges and cooperation; 5.Tianjin outersourcing target market is too narrow;6. lack of standardized dispute resolution mechanism.Based on the above analysis, the paper proposes suggestions and measures for Tianjin enterprises, including:1. Clear industry positioning for unique core competencies.2.strengthen their own strength by expanding the scale and service level.3. establish mutual trust with outsourcer by cross-cultural exchange and cooperation.4. attract and train special service outsourcing talents.5.give full play to the role of industry associations.6. protection of intellectual property construction.
