The Research On The Influence Factors And Development Countermeasures About Tianjin Undertaking Offshore Financial Service Outsourcing

With the economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology,the cost of cross-border division reduced greatly,the international trade barriers are broken,the trade of service globalization is accelerating,service outsourcing industry has become the main way of a new round of industrial transformation and the international division of labor.With the separation of international finance and refinement of department,taking consideration into reduce cost,enhance core competitiveness and development strategy,international financial institutions start to make their non-core business outsource to outside borders.Based on the characteristics of low resource consumption,less environmental pollution,high valued–added,etc.,many developing countries including China take service outsourcing as an important policy to develop the economy and improve their financial services.As the service outsourcing model city and one of the municipalities,Tianjin take how to undertake offshore financial service outsourcing as one of three major development direction.Although scholars at home and board always studied development status,the majority of them have been studied it from oursourcers' angle,and few from the oursourcees' angle.The country studies are mostly selected India as a comparison object,or between different outsourcee's level;The main method is qualitative analysis and lack of the empirical test.This paper works on Tianjin undertaking offshore outsourcing in financial service,firstly gives a brief reviews of the basic theory and literature research underlying the influencing factors of offshore service,analyses current development and course of Tianjin,and based on the theory and research,with the actual situation of Tianjin,build the framework of the influencing factors and qualitatively analyses one by one,then use the method of grey correlation and entropy threshold to carry out the empirical research to metrizable influencing factors.The empirical results found that,the development of Tianjin ‘s offshore financial service outsourcing industry is influenced by the development of the software industry and financial industry.In the latter part of the paper we put forward some suggestions and recommendations to the offshore financial service outsourcing industry development in Tianjin.
